I consider the best CMS wordpress, it is well indexed by the search engines and get better ranking in google, however more complex are Drupal or Joomla.

Joomla have the most component/modules/plugins developed then any other CMS!

I don't say that the selected is the best.If you know how to use the site than anything can be better for you.I mean if you can make a good and mantain the quality for content of your site than that will be better for both Drupal and Joomla. But personally I suggest you to go for Drupal even BBC, universal, sony and other big giants are using drupal for their site. So if you think you can give a good result with Joomla than it's ok or go with Drupal. YOu also have choice of Wordpress since it is search engine friendly too.
